3. Configure Outbound Connection (MarketVue ➝ HubSpot)

Use this setup when you're capturing leads through MarketVue landing pages and want to send those leads into HubSpot automatically.

1.    Under Outbound Connection, choose the HubSpot Contact List you want to send new leads to.

2.    Map the MarketVue form fields to the appropriate HubSpot contact properties.

o    Typical mappings include: Name, Email, Phone, Postal Address, and Custom Campaign Fields.

3.    Once field mapping is finalized, you will be returned to the Campaign Integration Settings.

4.    Any submissions through the configured MarketVue lead capture forms will now be pushed in real time to the selected HubSpot list.

? By default, HubSpot deduplication rules will prevent duplicate contact creation based on email address.

Additional Notes

• Data syncing is near real-time, but may experience minor delays based on campaign volume or API load.
• You can edit field mappings or change the associated contact list at any time by returning to the campaign’s integration settings.
• Only connected contact lists will be available to sync in MarketVue campaigns.
